Anthony J. Grasso, Jr., DDS

Dr. Grasso is a lifelong resident of the Syracuse area. He graduated from Liverpool high School in 1982. He received a B.S. degree in Biology in 1986 from LeMoyne College and thereafter received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Grasso completed his dental residency in 1991 at SUNY Health Science Center. Dr Grasso has been in private practice since 1991.

While at SUNY Buffalo, Dr. Grasso was awarded The Victor A. Fumia Award for excellence in fixed prosthodontics. He also received the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Award for outstanding ability and interest in the field of pain control.

Dr. Grasso is committed to learning about all aspects of dentistry including new advances in dentistry such as Invisalign (r) and dental implants. Dr. Grasso wants his patients to always feel that when they walk into his dental office, they will be thoroughly cared for and that all their dental needs will be met.

On days when Dr. Grasso is not in the office, he is at VanDuyn Home and Hospital performing dental therapies on disabled and elderly residents.

Dr. Grasso is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and Onondaga County Dental Society. Dr. Grasso is past president of the Syracuse Dental Seminar.

Dr. Grasso has been married to Caterina Ranieri Grasso since 1991 and they have three children together, Joseph, Vincent & Sofia. When not in the office, Dr. Grasso enjoys exercising and competitive international ballroom dancing.
